While we strive to provide reliable VAT validation, SimpleVATChecker offers no warranty on accuracy, uptime, or data completeness. It is your responsibility to verify results before making tax-related decisions.

3. Accounts & Credits

• Accounts must be used by a single individual or authorized team.
• Credits purchased or earned are non-refundable and may expire.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating fair usage or security terms.

4. Termination

You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or legal non-compliance.

5. Limitation of Liability

SimpleVATChecker AND/OR "RADOSLAV ATANASOV" shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by UK law. Any disputes shall be handled by UK courts.
